Anna has 35+ years of management experience in the Education and Training, Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC), Hospitality, Retail and Allied Health Industries. She has managed several RTOs, managed apprenticeship services and participated in a number of regulatory audits by Federal and State regulatory bodies. She has been responsible for planning, directing, leading and managing strategic and long-range goals of many organisations. She has strong skills with managing effective networks, enhance relationships, develop, direct and control the strategic and operational planning frameworks and planning outcomes for organisations in the short, medium and long term; and understands and responds appropriately to emerging trends, expansion opportunities, competitive threats, viability of outside business partners, and internal business process improvement.

Sukh Sandhu

Sukh Sandhu has worked as a "Chief Operating Officer" for an International College, as the National Compliance and Quality Assurance Manager for Australian Catholic University (ACU) and several other RTOs, TAFEs and Universities and the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) over a 20+ year career in Vocational education and training (VET) and Higher Education. Sukh is an accomplished project manager with 9000+ hours of direct project management experience, risk executive, compliance, administration and training consultant. Sukh has strong skills in ASQA/ VRQA compliance standards, ANMAC, AHPRA, CRICOS, ESOS, ISO compliance audits. Sukh is member of several independent professional development organisations and Government bodies including ACPET, VELG, ACS, AITD, MARA, MIA, ISANA, APEX, IEEE, The Internet Society (Global Member), AISIP, IAMOT, ACM, OISV, APACALL, IWA, Eta Kappa Nu, EDSIG, and many others. He has provided advice to RTO’s and Universities on matters regarding ASQA/ VRQA/ TEQSA/ ACPET/DET-HESG compliance and VQF/ Higher Education Standards Framework/ ELICOS/ NEAS/ ANMAC, AHPRA, CRICOS, ESOS, ISO compliance audits/ Government funding requirements etc.

Ben is a certified VETrak student management system expert. Ben has participated in 25+ Audits including ASQA, Skills Victoria - DET - Higher Education and Skills Group, ANMAC, AHPRA etc.

Raj Kiran

Raj Kiran has extensive experience in the Education and Training and Nursing fields. She has worked as a lecturer for 5+ years and have taught Bachelor of Nursing Students. Raj has worked in a variety of different clinical environments, gaining invaluable clinical and management experience in Critical Care/ ICU and as a registered nurse. She has developed training and assessment resources for a number of training packages, including First Aid, Nursing, Health Support Services, Hospital/Health Services Pharmacy Support, Health Administration, Ambulance Communications (Dispatch), Individual support, Disability support, Dementia, Mental Health, Community Services and Occupational English Test: OET for a number of organisations.

She has extensive compliance and quality assurance background. Michelle has been working in the VET sector from last 15+ years. She is specialised in developing informative print based and e-learning tools for a range of qualifications. Her vision and passion is to educate individuals in the development of their Business acumen skills and knowledge. To encourage learners of the endless opportunities available - to never give up. Her specialties included developing and implementing training strategies, managing Learning and Development teams, formalising processes and metrics for the training function, Learning Needs Analysis, managing Instructional Design Teams, managing Instructional Design Projects, Curriculum design and Instructional design.

Jas Chahal

Jas Chahal is in the education and training Industry from last 15+ years. She is creative and highly skilled Learning and Development professional, specialising in Instructional Design. Her passion and expertise is in the design and development of visually engaging and interactive learning programs; ensuring memorable learning experiences that achieve maximum retention of knowledge. She has designed a number of systems training programs and have an innate ability to successfully translate technical material into a format which is easily relatable to learners. Her specialties included curriculum development, academic development, academic literacy, lifelong learning, recognition of prior learning, academic staff development, work-integrated learning.
